Scooter Return Policy

This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning rented scooters from GetBike Phuket.

1. Return Time and Location

Scooters must be returned at the agreed-upon time and location specified in your rental agreement. If you need to change the return time or location, please contact us at least 2 hours in advance via WhatsApp or Telegram.

2. Condition of the Scooter

The scooter must be returned in the same condition as it was received, accounting for normal wear and tear. Please ensure:

- The scooter is clean and free of excessive dirt or mud.

- All keys, documents, and accessories provided at the start of the rental are returned.

- The scooter is in working mechanical condition.

3. Fuel Policy

Scooters must be returned with the same fuel level as when received. If the fuel level is lower, a refueling fee will be charged.

4. Late Returns

Late returns are subject to additional daily charges at the standard rental rate. If you anticipate being late, please contact us immediately to arrange an extension. Unauthorized late returns may incur penalty charges.

5. Damage Policy

Minor scratches (up to 3 cm) resulting from normal use are covered and will not incur charges.

Significant damage including but not limited to dents, deep scratches, broken parts, or mechanical damage caused by misuse will be assessed, and repair costs may be charged to the renter.

Accident damage: In the event of an accident, the renter must notify us immediately. Insurance coverage applies according to the terms of the rental agreement.

6. Lost or Stolen Scooters

In case of theft, the renter must file a police report immediately and notify us. The renter may be liable for the full replacement value of the scooter minus any applicable insurance coverage.

7. Early Returns

If you return the scooter before the agreed rental period ends, refunds for unused days may be provided at our discretion, depending on the rental duration and circumstances.

8. Inspection Process

Upon return, we will conduct a brief inspection of the scooter in your presence. Any damage or issues will be documented and discussed with you before any charges are applied.
